Anna has been at the British Safety Council, a London based not for profit since graduating in 2013. Since joining her experience has been diverse. She began in the UK sales team where she managed independent customers and quickly progressed to the regional sales team where she managed SME clients. She then trained as a project manager and moved internally to the Project management office where she managed projects like the organisation’s 60th Anniversary celebrations, the implementation of new software, and the strategic development of the organisation internationally.
Anna was then seconded to Mumbai, India where she was responsible for opening the organisations first team outside of the UK. Involved in the recruitment and training of the new team, working to set up the business and operational procedures and processes, ensure the smooth running of operations between the UK and India, establish business partnerships to aid delivery of services and outreach, ensuring the profitable growth of the organisation in India and set the foundations of a consistent organisational culture, philosophy and approach.
Since returning from India in November 2018, Anna was asked to manage the UK regional sales team which manages the organisations SME clients across the UK.
